I earned my Ph.D. in agricultural engineering in the field of animal science, where I developed a keen interest in data analysis while analyzing my various types of time series data. After finishing my Ph.D., I decided to dive deeper into data analysis by attending a nine-month further educational training program in applied bioinformatics and biostatistics, where I developed my skills and gained practical experience.
During a two-month internship in this program, I had the opportunity to work in the Division of Data Science in Biomedicine of the PLRI at TU Braunschweig and be involved in a project focusing on dimension reduction and clustering of longitudinal omics data, which I found both challenging and rewarding.
Following the completion of my internship, I am thrilled to continue working as a research assistant in the division. In this role, I have been involved in various projects, including Next-generation sequencing and gene regulatory network analysis.
