Multi-Omics Analysis in a Network Context: Chapter released on Elsevier

Manuela Lautizi, Amit Fenn and Tim Kacprowski from our group contributed to a new chapter for the “Reference Module in Biomedical Sciences” about multi-omics analysis in a network context. It provides a detailed overview of 19 current network enrichment tools, including guidelines for the selection of the most suitable methods for a partcular analysis. The chapter is now available on Elsevier.
