Scellnetor: Preprint released on bioRxiv

The manuscript “Comparative single-cell trajectory network enrichment identifies pseudo-temporal systems biology patterns in hematopoiesis and CD8 T-cell development” is now available on bioRxiv. It introduces the new tool Scellnator, a novel network-constrained scRNA-seq clustering application. An interactive online version is available at the Scellnetor website.
